Snoring is a problem for a great deal of people. For many it will just be a passing problem on the odd occasion, but for others it can have serious effects on someones life. Again, hold the position for 10 seconds and repeat this throughout the day.

You can also try vocal exercises in order to prevent yourself from snoring. If you do some of the exercises that pro singers would do then you will strengthen your throat. Singing la-la-la-la-la over and over whilst holding on each la for a few seconds is one of the best things that you can do.
