My entire family always gets excited every summer because we go on a driving vacation for two weeks on our home trailer. Sometimes, we would stop in a location and set up camp overnight.

We have learned from past summer trips that it was important to bring personal safety alarms. The last few times, we met some emergencies yet those events did not dampen our spirits. We just need the right outdoor protection.

First, we need to bring a Nap Alarm since most of time, someone was at the wheel. This is a sensitive anti-drowsiness alarm that is worn over the ear. When the head tends to nod, the loud alarm would surely alert the driver and passengers.

We made sure that everyone in the family has the Keychain Alarm with Light. This dual purpose device is an effective alarm that gives a loud sound when the pin or button is pushed. At night, the flashlight comes in handy.

Personal safety alarms must be devices that each person must have. For example, the Electronic Pocket Whistle is a handy alarm that can be used during emergencies, sports activities, and other activities. All my family members have this with them all the time.

We also brought along a Mace Screecher Alarm since the siren it gives off can be heard from afar. Personal safety alarms like this one would come in handy when calling out for help. We could have used it last year during an emergency, but we had not heard of it then.

It was a wise decision to set the 130db Alarm with Door Alarm on our home trailer to ward off probable break-ins or wild animals. This outdoor protection is always reliable.

With all these personal safety alarms that we would be bringing on this year’s trip, we expect our safety to be assured.

Security systems are things that my father-in-law has faith in. He has these installed in his house and office. As a result, there were numerous times thieves and burglars who attempted to break into his place but never succeeded.

Now, my wife and I are about to venture on our own and he wanted us to install similar devices in our new home for family protection. The system he had is so big for my purpose so I chose to install a do it yourself wireless home security system.

From my internet search, I found this type of family protection a few weeks before our transfer. My choice was narrowed down to this type because I am a regular DIY guy.

When I saw the catalog of a do it yourself wireless home security system, I instantly knew that this is what we really need. In fact, every one who intends to provide his family protection will do the right thing if he buys and installs one in his home.

There are 4 individual security gadgets in a do it yourself wireless home security system. This system will sound an alarm and will dial up to 5 preset phone numbers if motion is detected in the property, or on the door, or when a window is opened.

If any of the motion detector, the door detector or the window detector is activated, an alarm will sound and the base unit will receive the signal. The base unit will dial the first telephone number on your list.

A pre-recorded message is received by the one who answers the call. He has the option to listen in, or broadcast the voice through the base unit, or deactivate the system. If there is no response on the first number, the next number will be dialed.

The price of this kit is very reasonable. In that sense, a do it yourself wireless home security system makes family protection a very affordable endeavor.

I use a home alarm system on top of keeping my estate under guard by my household. Much of it comprises living spaces for females from the neighboring college. Mine cost less than the rooms on campus and have a more relaxed vibe.

I discipline my own kids well and monitor their social activities but remain mindful of the fact that I am no parent to my boarders. Still, these girls are like family to me and I share college dating safety tips with them without pushing it.

Sometimes my college dating safety tips are reversed to great effect by young love. I brace myself every day for learning that a boarder of mine is dating another girl?s boyfriend, a teacher or a gal pal?s ex.

Date rape is a huge cause of worry for me. This is the reason I got on the internet to find a non-lethal self-defense weapon that looks inconspicuous, and I came across the Stun Master 1.2 million volt pen stun gun with flashlight.

Unfortunately, it is not uncommon for ladies to be led into staying alone with a date they do not trust and fall prey to date rape. When I spout off about college dating safety tips, I emphasize that being intoxicated weakens defenses.

The Stun Master pen stun gun with flashlight is ideal for my residents as it is easy to bring along and has a cool pen-like housing. Unleashing 1.2 million volts of stopping force, it will temporarily paralyze a disrespectful date and other attackers.

Rechargeable and with a built-in integrated charger, this Stun Master 1.2 million volt pen stun gun is equipped with a powerful LED flashlight for defense in darkness without needing to remove the safety cap against accidental firing.

I try to live by example and show my occupants that I mean what I say when I pass my college dating safety tips on. The best way to do this is to help them carry out whatever I have taught them.

If your interested in losing weight an obvious goal as part of your workout routine would be to make sure the scale is showing numbers that are going down not going up. We live in a society that considers it taboo to talk about weight, especially if your talking with someone who is a little overweight. After all, when was the last time you were talking to someone slightly overweight and asked them what they weighed, it’s like asking a women you don’t know well how old she is. You just don’t do it. Nevertheless even if it isn’t talked about much in the open, most exercisers bent on losing weight will almost on a daily basis check the scale to see the results.

This constant checking to see if you have lost weight can be counterproductive. After all the scale is not necessarily an accurate measure of how healthy you are or any of the changes that may be going on inside you for the better. True, it is an almost tangible way to see if your weight loss goals are being accomplished yet take it with a grain of salt.

The factors you need to consider when you step foot on the scale are first and foremost the type of workout routine that you are doing on a daily basis. As almost all routines are designed today not just to get rid of unwanted body fat, but also simultaneously build muscle mass, sculpt and tone your body.

Now it’s no big secret that muscle weighs more than fat does. Since that is the case it’s fairly easy to say then that in the first stages of weight loss while your body is losing that irritating body fat, it is also gaining much heavier more dense muscle mass. However when you step up to the scale to measure your weight loss results you might be surprised to see very little weight loss or even shocked to find that you have in fact gained weight, which could possibly have detrimental effects on your progress.

If this sounds familiar and you have found yourself in a situation of almost giving up because of slow weight loss or even weight gain, don’t give up. A very simple way of finding out if your workout routine is producing results involves the way your clothes fit on your body. If you find your clothes to be fitting a little loser around your waist or tighter in the chest and arms (for men) this is a good thing and properly shows that your workout routine is in fact working very well.

Try not to let the scale overcome the obvious results you are getting when you see how your clothes are fitting you. Also, make sure and celebrate the small yet very powerful achievements you are making towards your fitness goals, having clothes that fit better or that you find yourself looking better in is a sure fire way to convince you that you are doing something right and that you need to keep up the hard work to see even more results.
